The TIACS Alliance
What is the Alliance
The service that TIACS provides is made free by the generous support from a collective of businesses who share a common vision to support the blue collar community by funding easily accessible mental health counselling. Together these businesses form the TIACS Alliance.
The Alliance was formed in November 2021. Since then we’ve welcomed some of Australia’s most trusted and well known brands and organisations. Right down to local small businesses all doing their part to make real change.

Why did TIACS create the Alliance
The Alliance was created to establish a funding model which activates the very industry we aim to support.
This by industry for industry approach is key to maintaining the relatability of a service that is tailored for working Australians.

Alliance Testimonials
“Together, we are contributing to the overall wellbeing of tradies and blue-collar workers.
“We are helping to provide the tools to build a personalised mental health tool kit, with skills to last a lifetime.
“We’re proud to invest in our industry, team and community for better mental health and look forward to continuing to work alongside TradeMutt and TIACS.”
– Henley Homes CEO, Antony Blackshaw
“There can be challenges with being able to access mental health support at times due to the cost associated with it, the time, or inability to get into a counsellor when you need it most, navigating the system with referrals etc. We are really pleased to be able to assist in providing our entire AKD team and their families with access to support by removing some of these barriers. Along with access for our customers, suppliers and the wider community.”
– AKD’s National Health and Safety Manager, Toni Kirkup
“ We’ve been a supporter of TIACS for some time. It’s a great program. The feedback we get from our franchisees is that it’s really helped them. We see mental health as being one of our key challenges that faces our franchisees. We often find issues with people being depressed or anxious and so forth, and this is a very effective way to help them.”
– Founder and CEO of Jim’s Group, Jim Penman
“Despite the beautiful outcomes of professional landscaping, there are high pressures involved to achieve those results and we want all staff to thrive along the way. The synergies of what TIACS offered to their audience aligned with ours so it was an easy choice to support TIACS as our preferred Charity Partner.”
– Landscaping Victoria Master Landscapers, Megan Flower – CEO
